Travel Baseball / Fall Ball

Updated Thursday February 22, 2018 by Laurel Little League.

Laurel Little League is a chartered affiliate of Little League International and is by definition a recreational baseball program.  Each year, All Star Tournament Teams are selected to represent the league in the Little League Tournaments at the 9-10, 10-11, 11-12, and 13-14 age groups.  These tournaments afford our all-stars the opportunity to travel to host sites starting at the District 4 level on up to Maryland States and beyond if they succeed.

In response to the constant ebb and flow of players who have migrated between recreational and travel programs, several coaches committed to the welfare of our Little League and wanting to retain our players to keep the quality of play in our league at a high level have formed and operate a cooperative program to offer part-time Travel opportunities to players interested in more than the recreational program, but not quite the level and expense of a full-blown travel program.

This program is called Laurel Bolts Baseball!  This program is an independent entity working cooperatively with our league, featuring select teams in the spring and summer and supporting both select and recreational development teams in the fall.  If you are interested in learning more about it, please feel free to check out their website at
